Captains Meeting

Friday, July 29th
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Only one member from each team, the Team Captain, will need to check in at the Captains Meeting. At check-in, each Team Captain will receive a 5 gallon bucket, loaded with goodies; team shirts, rules sheet, measuring device, plastic baits, bottle openers and more... After every team is checked in, we will go over the rules and answer any questions about the tournament the next day. Based on the amount of giveaways we have, we usually do a small raffle, so bring some cash for prizes... and the bar!

Launch Breakfast

Prior to boat launch, we will have a sponsored breakfast for all who would like to partake at the boat ramp. If you are on a guided boat, this is also where you will meet your USCG Captain. Don't forget to grab some food/coffee.

Lines In... Let's Fish!

If you are on a Guided Captains Boat, you will meet your Captain 7:30am-8:00am by the bar on the lower deck

Tournament Boundaries: All of Tampa Bay, excluding waters South of the Skyway.

Scorecard and Photo Submission

1:15pm to 1:45pm

CollabSlam will be using Scorecards and Photos to record all fish caught and measured during the tournament. At the Captains meeting Friday night, we will hand out the scorecards and answer any questions qualify.

Trophy Presentation, After-Party & Raffle

All tickets and sponsorships come with complimentary admission to the dinner after-party and trophy presentation. Dinner includes sliders, tacos, sides and a drink. We will have a wonderful trophy presentation and word from the charity, a HUGE prize drawing and 50/50 raffle, so bring cash and be ready to Have Fun!

Parking

Hula Bay will provide free valet parking. First come first serve. (Please remember to TIP your valet attendant!) additional parking is available but please DO NOT PARK at the Marina or on the train track side of the Marina.
